style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Annual Faculty Conference will be hosted in Zoom. To fully participate, there are some technology needs you may want to consider:<\/span><\/p><ul><li>&#8211; We encourage joining the Zoom sessions using a computer rather than joining via telephone.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/download\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Download the Zoom app<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on your computer if you don&#8217;t have it already. <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; If you already have Zoom, make sure you <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362233-Upgrade-update-to-the-latest-version\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">update your Zoom app<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to the latest version.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/115002262083-Joining-a-test-meeting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Test your Zoom<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> before the event. To enter the online conference click on &#8220;Enter the Conference&#8221; button at the top right-hand corner of the Conference Site and enter the password provided to you. Upon entering the password, you will be able to view the detailed conference program with meeting links for each session. Please reach out to the CAT at: cat@temple.edu if you do not receive the password by January 4, 2022.<\/p><h2>Attending Live Virtual Sessions<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All live sessions will be hosted via Zoom. Please make sure that you have updated your zoom client to make sure you have the most recent version. To attend the live Virtual Sessions, click on the Zoom link under each session. <\/span><\/p><h2>Accessing Asynchronous Sessions<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Asynchronous sessions are posted on the Conference website. Simply click on the session you would like to view and enjoy the experience. Attendees can chat, share resources, play games, and utilize a white board. Check out the demo on <a href=\"https:\/\/gather.town\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gather\u2019s<\/a> webpage and consider joining! Gather will be open from 12:00-1:00pm on Thursday, January 6th and from 12:15 &#8211; 1:15pm on Friday, January 7th.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Social Media<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can also connect with others through social media. Use and look for our hashtag #catafc22 on Instagram and Twitter. Each presentation and session will be designed and conducted with full participation in mind. Therefore, we have asked all session presenters to make their sessions and materials accessible by having all materials with text checked for accessibility and having all of the poster session recordings captioned or transcripted. In addition, we are asking all breakout session presenters to<span class=\"gmail_default\"> turn on the live auto closed captioning as well as<\/span> record their Zoom sessions.
