My name is Molly Ruhlman and I am a PhD candidate in the Political Science department of Temple University. My research interests focus on global governance, the United Nations, and civil society.

My dissertation, Nongovernmental Participation in Intergovernmental Organizations, explores the determinants of variation in how structures of global governance engage non-state actors by comparing the rules that UN organizations have developed for NGO participation.
I currently teach courses in International Relations, Global Governance and International Law at Towson University in Maryland.
