About Temple Law Review
Founded in 1927, Temple Law Review is a student-edited, quarterly journal dedicated to providing a forum for the expression of new legal thought and scholarly commentary on important developments, trends, and issues in the law. Each issue contains articles written by judges, legal scholars, or practitioners, as well as recent notes and comments written by members of the Law Review staff.
For a selection of past articles published in the Temple Law Review, including articles by Justice Robert H. Jackson, Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, 7th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Diane P. Wood, and Professor Owen Fiss, please visit our Archive page.
