There are many ways to encounter Public History at Temple. Our MA Concentration in Public History provides an intensive two-year thirty-three-credit engagement with Public History theory and practice. PhD students may choose from a variety of Public History seminars, opt to develop exam fields in Public History, or even write a Public History dissertation. The Center for Public History coordinates all of these activities while providing entre into some of Philadelphia’s most innovative Public History initiatives.
